Day 7 Harbour City and Kangaroos

Today we went to go to the Outback experience but it was a night show. We then compromised and went to Paradise Farm but this was also not on our free tickets!!

So we ended up going to Buy Cody and Luke some shoes (strange thing to do on Holiday)

Then we were told that you could see Kangaroos in the Wild nearby. It was some guess work but we ended up going to this riding for the disabled farm, as we turned into the driveway 2 kangaroos jumped in front of us we carried on and there was literally 100's of them in this park which was awesome.

Then we went to explore some more and went to this wildlife sanctuary, alas no Koala bears there or at least we didn't see them.

Luke was being Luke so we decided to feed him to the crocks.

When we got to the end of this boardwalk 2 more kangaroos scampered off Cody and Luke chased them like the wind but did not get close.

Last night we cooked and had Fillet Mignon they were delicious.

Day 6 Seaworld

I ran for 10 mins longer this morning which i was happy about, I ran along teh beach from Bradbeach towards Coolangata though obviously I got nowhere near Coolangatta.

When I returned the boys were up and attem though I'm sure mum would have preferred to have been in bed.

Today we went to seaworld. After an initial stuff up by driver and navigator we got to seaworld at 10.30. We thought it was quite busy compared to Wet and wild a few days ago.

Anyway the first show we went to was the Dolphin spectacluar we got the Monorail there as we thought we were late. There was an amazing display from these mamals and also a really good educational side explaining their mission.

We then headed down and watched a spongebob 3D movie and went to see the amazing polar bears the boys loved this and it was a highlight.

 Then we ventured to the shark tank but there was more than just sharks. There were stingrays, Guitar Fish like a mixture of a Ray and a shark, Giant Trevally, Snapper, Turtles and a host of other

funny looking creatures that I had never seen before,

These dudes then came out jetskis and did some amazing tricks including 4 back somersaults back to back.

one of my highlights was taking Cody on the Storm Ride he was not very happy about going on it but he did and loved it, then we went on the jetski ride which was hair raising and really fast our eldest has now joined our youngest as a speed freak.

Day 5 Surfers Paradise

Today was a down day which the boys were warned that they were not allowed to use the word bored, alas it took Cody til 8.25 to notch the first B word up.

I went for a 30 minute shuffle towards surfers paradise in the morning.

I then played soccer on the park with the boys we have called it Copacabana.

In the afternoon we went to Surfers Paradise for a touristy look around and again we had a big class on the beach Jones Anna that is and Jones Eilian againsgt Naymar(Luke) and Lionel Messi(Cody) what chance did we have team jones lost 8-7.

When we got back we went out for teppan Yaki dinner which was great. Anna and I had A variety of steak, Chicken, Moreton Bay Buggs.

Mum and I then watched Hummingbird and went to sleep.

Day 3 Hello Dad and Chillin

Today we woke and headed to the pool immediately where we played with our skim balls, soccer ball etc  we were in the pool for 11/2 hours it was great and we had it to ourselves.

Then we headed into Broadbeach north and had sushi and a variety of other things for lunch. Mum then went on a shopping spree while Cody, Luke and myself played soccer on the park outside our apartment. 

Anna and Luke then went to pacific plaza to watch How to train a dragon 2 they had great fun and enjoyed the movie.

Cody was not interested so we went for a cruise and played soccer again on the park.

When we re convened we went to the surf club for dinner and then we all played tag on the playground.

This is a great spot to get everywhere. 

We are going to wet. And wild tomorrow.

Day4 Wet and Wild was Wet and Wild.

What a busy day but was fantastic.

Anna and I had been in 2005 but it has moved on from then.

The amazing ride was the Aqualoop. You stand in this pod 70 degree drop the floor slides away and then your flying.

There were heaps of cool rides the boys loved them.

We then returned to Broadbeach where the boys wanted to play soccer so we played almost in the dark form45 minutes.

All in all a fabulous day.

Day 2

As Dad was still not here mum took us to Warner Brothers movie world.

Our favourite ride was the batman wing shoot and Speedy Gonzales roller coaster.

Dad was due to arrive at 12 am

All was good.

Day 1

Early start but whiz zed the guys out to the airport 

They are now there I have work tomorrow then leave to go at 8pm get to Brizzy 

Really looking forward to it

Anna and the boys arrived safely and got the connexions bus to Broadbeach.

They arrived to this view from our room at the ritz!!

They then went to the park and the beach looked for snakes and to the supermarket 10 times.

Dad has yet to arrive
